Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You won't be charged again after cancellation, and you keep access until the end of your billing period.

What happens to my courses if I cancel?

Your courses are preserved exactly as they are — mastery progress, chat history, all of it. They're locked (read-only) until you resubscribe. Nothing is deleted.

What counts as one course?

Each course you create in YOUnni.ai counts as one. A course is a collection of materials (slides, notes, syllabus) with its own dedicated AI tutor and mastery tracker.

How do recording credits work?

Pro plans include 120 minutes of lecture recording per month. If you need more, you can buy credit packs. Credits are shared across all your courses and deducted as you record.

Do credits expire?

No. Purchased credit packs roll over month to month. Your included Pro minutes reset each billing cycle, but any purchased credits remain until you use them.

Is there a student discount?

Not yet. If you're part of a university program interested in bulk access, reach out and we can discuss options.

Do you store my uploaded files?

Yes, files you upload are stored securely to power your AI tutor. You can delete any material from your course settings at any time.
